Janice's passion for food doesn't restrict her to just creating new dishes of sweet and savoury but styling food is one of her other fond passion since she started 2am: dessertbar.

Having styled her first book, perfection in Imperfection, she continued to assist PCB with a sweets creation booklet focusing on transfer sheets.

In 2012 and 2013, she styled 2 booklets published by 2am: lab for different Japanese prefectures. Her most recent work is a 180page Dim Sum book based on the different types of flour.
